Maqolada oltin zarralarini ajratish uchun pirit va arsenopiritning oksidlanish imkoniyatini aniqlash maqsadida vodorod peroksidqo‘shilishi bilan Fe3+ ionlari yordamida murakkab oltin tarkibli, sulfidli flotatsion konsentratning oksidlanishi o‘rganiladi. ESM (elektronskanerlash mikroskop) tasvirlari Fe3+ bilan oksidlanish jarayonidan so‘ng pirit zarrachalarining aniq pasayishini ko‘rsatdi, shuningdek, 45soat davomida suyuq fazada temir tarkibining barqaror o‘sishi kuzatildi, keyin oksidlanish tezligi sekinlashdi va deyarli 60 soatlik ishlovberishdan keyin deyarli to‘xtadi.

Tayanch iboralar: uch valentli temir ionlari, oksidlanish, flotatsiya kontsentrati, pirit, arsenopirit, vodorod peroksidi, oksidlanishtiklanish potentsiali.

 

В статье исследовано окисление упорного золотосульфидного флотоконцентрата ионами Fe3+ с добавлением перекисиводорода для определения возможности окисления пирита и арсенопирита с целью высвобождения частиц золота. СнимкиЭСМ (электронный сканирующий микроскоп) показали явное уменьшение частиц пирита после процесса окисления с Fe3+, также, наблюдался стабильный рост содержания железа в жидкой фазе в течение 45 ч, далее скорость окисления замедлялась и почти останавливалась после 60 ч обработки.
