The article provides an analysis of current practices analysis of technological performance in the flotation of copper ore.
Discussed disadvantages ofperformed analyzes using computer technology. Using copper ore of Akbastau deposit as an example, modern methods in-depth statistics are used for analysis of technological parameters of the flotation process. With the help of the harmonic decomposition of random functions has been identified the structure of the processed charge at the Karagailv concentrator. The factors that adversely affect the flotation process were determined.
The efficiency of the use of computer methodology to give an objective assessment of the enterprise and make more profound conclusions on the feasibility and ways to improve the existing technology was shown.
