Особенности получения качественного керамического кирпича в экологически бедственных регионах

Maqolada devorbop keramik g 'isht ishlab chiqarishda пост 'anaviv xom ashvo - qimdi soztuproqdan fovdalanish istiqbollariga oid texnologik tadqiqot natijalari bayon qilingan. Oundi soztuproqning kimyoviy, mineralogik va gramdometrik tarkiblari taxlil qilinib unga mexanik ishlov berish xisobiga massa sifatini vaxshilash mumkinligi ko'rsatib o'tilgan. Massa tarkibini bentonitva shisha chiqindisi kukuni bilan modifitsirlash hisobiga suv shimuvchanligi 3,0-6,0 %>, sovuqqa chidamliligi 100 tsikl, siqilishga mexanik mustaxkamlik chegarasi 200-450 kg/snf, zichligi 1900­2100 kg/m3 teng bo'Igan namunalar olishga erishilgan. Turli harorat rejimlarida kuydirilgan namunalarning tavsiflari keltirilgan.Kuydirilgan namunalarning elektron mikroskopik va rentgenografik taxlillari o'tkazilgan. G ’ishtni pishirish jarayonini qaytaruvchi muhitda olib borish xisobiga pishirish haroratini kamavtirish mumkinligi ko'rsatib o'tilgan.

Tayanch iboralar: qumli soztuproq, ekologik inqiroz xududlari, sho'rlanish, g'ishtning emirilishi, tashqi agressiv muhit, mustaxkamligi vuqori, keramikg'isht, kimyoviy turg'unlik, pishirish harorati, suyuqfazali kuvdirish.

Prospects received o f a high-quality ceramic brick from low-grade loess o f loams are given in article. The chemical, mineralogical and granulometric composition o f loess loam is studied. The mechanical method o f preparation o f initial raw materials, properties o f the formed weight allowing improvement is developed. In the way modifying o f weight by means o f bentonite and glass powder with the subsequent roasting received samples by water absorption 3,0^6,0 o f %, frost resistance o f 100 cycles, a limit o f mechanical durability in case o f compression o f 200-450 kg/cnr, density 1900- 2100M-g/m3. Electronic and microscopic and radiographic pictures are presented. Opportunities receiving a qualitative brick are established at rather low temperatures by the organization o f recovery roasting.
